We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Cash.
Pricing includes tax.
When you book a guided fishing trip you automatically agree to our policies in a contract/agreement whether you read them or not. You will be given all the policies verbally, in email or on our website depending on how you book.
Times reflect actual fishing time.
All fishing trips are private boats, and we will not mix or combine groups.
We require a 1-2 person minimum paid for to book and run a fishing trip whether you have 1 or 2 people.
Pricing is per boat for 1-3 people. We can accommodate larger groups; you must contact the office for booking and rates.
Before you go on your fishing trip all waivers for people going on the boat must be filled out and submitted prior to meeting your guide.
If we at Florida Fishing Adventures need to cancel your trip for ANY reason due to weather, fishing reports, any other unforeseen circumstances and possibly other reasons not listed we will provide you with an option to reschedule or a full refund.
If booking a guided fishing trip 11+ days out of the date you're wanting to book, we require a 50% deposit.
If booking a guided fishing trip 10 days or less of the date you're wanting to book, we require full payment.
Cancellations 11+ days before your trip we can reschedule or there is a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 0-10 days before your trip: No reschedule and no refunds.
Your trip must be paid in full 10 days prior to your scheduled date, or it will be cancelled with no refund of any amount.
If you are wanting to pay with cash, you will need to contact the office to arrange deposit and payment.
Pricing is before $2.20 per person booking fee & 3% card processing fee.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking for all trips; full payment must be made 10 days prior to the date of your trip. Our system will auto-collect the remaining balance 10 days prior to your trip. Cancellations made outside 10 days of your trip will result in a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations or decreases in number of guests inside 10 days of your trip will result in NO refund of any amount. Cancellations made by Florida Fishing Adventures LLC or Reel Time Fishing LLC due to inclement weather, river conditions, or for any reason will be refunded or rescheduled at the guest’s request.
Boat Policies:
We do not provide alcohol on the boats, but you are allowed to bring your own drinks. We allow people to drink, but if it becomes out of hand we will not tolerate anything that causes the boat to become unsafe, we will stop the trip, you will be dropped off at the dock with no refund.
No drugs or drug paraphernalia is allowed on the boats. If you do bring anything and we catch it you will have the option to leave it in your vehicle, or your fishing trip will be stopped, and you will be dropped off at the dock with no refund. We do not tolerate any type of drugs on our boats.
When on a guided fishing trip, the guide/captain will not tolerate any threatening, belligerent behaviors and can stop the trip at any given time if clients do not follow the boat policies which are not all listed. If the guide/captain has to stop a trip due to these reasons, there will not be a refund, and your group will not be welcomed back on our boats.
We believe in keeping the boats safe, but fun so everyone can enjoy their fishing trips.
We provide U.S. Coast Guard approved Type 1 and Automatic/Manual inflatable life jackets for most youth up through adults. Life jackets are required to be worn when the boat is under power by the main motor, during weather (wind, cold temperatures, etc.), anyone with stability issues and possibly other reasons not listed. If you have a small child under 90 pounds, it is recommended to bring your own life jacket for them to wear.
If weather becomes unsafe while on the water during your trip your guide/captain can stop the trip. It is up to the captain’s discretion to continue and finish the trip that day. We can reschedule your trip to finish at a later date at no extra charge, but we will not do a refund.
Fishing Trip Procedures:
After booking your fishing trip you will get an email confirmation explaining the details of your guided fishing trip. Your guide will contact you no later than the night before your trip to go over trip information and details. If you believe you may not have service, please contact the office number provided so your guide can contact you earlier.
On your fishing trip you will need to bring something to eat, drink and snack on. Lunch is not provided on trips. Most guides will provide a cooler for your food and drinks.
You will need to dress appropriately and be prepared for the weather conditions. If your guide/captain recommends to dress or be prepared with the proper clothing for the weather conditions, it is recommended to follow. We will not do a refund if you can’t complete your trip and you need to stop because you did not come prepared in the proper clothing for your trip.
Fishing licenses are not included in the price of the trip. It is your responsibility to obtain the proper license and tags for your fishing trip. If you do not have the correct license and tags (if required) you will not be permitted to fish, and no refund will be provided. If you are unsure what is required, please contact the office.
Any person age 16 and older require a fishing license in Florida State to fish.
Youth age 15 and younger do not require a fishing to fish in Florida State.
Your guide will provide all the gas, gear needed rods & reels, tackle, lures.
If you are planning on using Live Bait for your trip, you will need to discuss with your guide on the amount of bait you’ll want/need for your trip (example: Shiners/Minnows) and you will need to bring cash with you to pay the guide back for the bait at the beginning of the trip.
We DO NOT offer fish cleaning or filleting. If you are planning on retaining or keeping fish, you will need to clean or fillet your own fish. Please bring a cooler or something insulated with ice to keep your fish fresh and cold.
Fishing trips are NOT A FISH ON GUARANTEED. We cannot guarantee fish will bite. Our guides work hard and follow the fish and their patterns, but we cannot make the fish bite. We will not provide a refund just because of a bad day of fishing and not catching. Fishing is fishing, not catching.
